Pastor Steven Coronado Sr.

Pastor Steve Coronado Sr., his wife Vi, and three children presently lead the ministry at Solid Rock Church in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Pastor Steve was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas. He has been blessed to have been brought up in a Christian home and experienced Christ at a young age. Pastor Steve has been in full time ministry since 1960. He began pastoring at the age of nineteen, while a student at a nearby bible college. He has pastored churches in New Mexico, Wyoming, and Texas.

Besides serving as a pastor, he also directed church camps, conventions, and missions crusades. He has been a speaker at conferences, camps and seminars. Pastor Coronado has traveled extensively abroad as a teacher and evangelist.

Presently Pastor Steve is enjoying the fruit of seed planting by seeing people coming to Christ on a regular basis and experiencing
a consistent pace of church growth. In 2009, Pastor Coronado celebrated 50 years in
full time ministry.

Pastor Steve Coronado lives with his wife, Vi, his faithful companion in life and ministry for over 50 years. He is a father of three children, Steve Jr. and his wife Vivianna; Cydia and her husband Joseph; and Joy and her husband Aaron. He has six grandchildren that he enjoys spending time with.
